I am an active member of the Northeastern PA Trial Lawyers Association (NEPATLA), and I am in good standing with NEPATLA.
I am a licensed attorney in good standing within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
I do not represent, and will not represent, nor does any member of my firm represent, an insurance company or defendants in any civil action.
I acknowledge an affirmative obligation as a viewer and/or user of the NEPATLA Plaintiff’s Only Document Database, and as a plaintiff’s lawyer, to keep the information and materials obtained therefrom from any and all defense lawyers, insurance companies and their representatives and/or corporate defendants and their representatives.
I agree, as a member in good standing of NEPATLA and a viewer and/or user of the NEPATLA Document Database, that I will only use the information and/or documentation obtained therefrom in furtherance of representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
I agree that the information and materials obtained as a viewer and/or user of the NEPATLA Plaintiff’s Only Document Database, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, briefs, DME reports, documents, and LISTSERV communications, as well as any other information and/or documentation obtained from the NEPATLA Plaintiff’s Only Document Database, may not be sold, copied, or distributed by me under any circumstances.
