Discovery of Cellphone Information in Personal Injury Cases

This program will focus on obtaining cellphone information from defendants in personal injury cases. It will explain what types of data can be collected and how plaintiff’s attorneys can use the data to prove liability. There will be 60 minutes of substantive instruction and 15 minutes of Q&A afterward.
This program is restricted to plaintiff’s attorneys only.

Minimum technical requirements are access to a laptop with an Internet connection. If you plan to use a cellphone or tablet, you will have to download and install the Zoom Cloud Meetings app.
