Finding the Real Motor Carrier in Truck Accident Cases

This program will focus on who is the real motor carrier in any given transportation cycle. It will also explain the differences between a motor carrier, broker and freight forwarder, and the legal implications of each from both a common law and statutory perspective. There will be 60 minutes of substantive instruction and 15 minutes of Q&A afterward.
